Hot 90 (Bikram Method)

Sequence of 26 postures in a consistent order including 2 sets of each posture.  Static series promotes focus and determination.  Designed to heal, strengthen, and balance the body as well as the mind. The class starts and ends with stillness in a comfortable seated position and also includes 2 breathing exercises. All levels.

Hot 75 (Bikram Method)

Warm up to the the therapeutic benefits of the “Hot 90 (Bikram Method)” with this class which hits the highlights in just 75 minutes. Two sets of key 26 postures and one set of remaining or two sets of all 26 postures at a faster pace.  All levels.

Hot 60 (Bikram Method)

Hot 90 (Barkan Method)

Hybrid series of postures from the Hot 90 Bikram Method and other styles of yoga, like Vinyasa Flow, to create greater range of motion and variation.  It will energize, calm and inspire you to focus and find inner peace.  All levels.

Hot 75 (Barkan Method)

Hot Flow 75

Vinyasa Flow or a dynamic connection of movement with breath focused on endurance, flexibility, and strength. The heat will allow you to safely reach new levels of personal flexibility. Creative sequencing to inspire physical, energetic, mental, and inner freedom or higher state of consciousness.  All levels.

Hot Flow 60

A condensed version of Hot Flow 75 including a similar format of dynamic and creative sequencing hitting the highlights in just 60 minutes. All levels.

Hot Power Flow 75

temp: 90°     time: 75 min

A faster-paced, more intense version of Hot Flow 75, including the dynamic connection of movement with breath focused on endurance, flexibility, and strength. The heat will allow you to safely reach new levels of personal flexibility. Creative sequencing to inspire physical, energetic, mental, and inner freedom or higher state of consciousness.  Vinyasa Flow foundation or Flow class experience recommended.  All levels.

Warm Power Flow 75 (Level II)

This dynamic vinyasa flow class is not for beginners. This class is for the seasoned asana practitioner who knows basic postures (Warriors, Triangle, Wild Thing, Dolphin, etc) from memory. Teachers will lead more complex transitions, arm balances and creative sequences that require foundational knowledge. This class will focus on endurance, flexibility and strength through moving meditation. 6 months experience with all levels classes, 3 times a week is strongly recommended. If you are unsure if you are ready, please ask one of your instructors what they recommend.

Flow 75

Slow Flow 75

This class is a mindful approach to exploring movement with breath. This slower-paced class will focus on breath, flexibility, and strength. Creative sequencing will keep you inspired, but you will have more time to really explore the postures in your body. Teachers may utilize alignment, muscle activation, visualizations and pranayama in the postures to bring you into a state of meditation. Ideal for beginners and long-time practitioners alike.  All levels

Hot Slow Flow 75 (Beginner Friendly)

temp: 90-95     time: 75 min

This class is a mindful approach to exploring the movement with breath. This slower-paced class will focus on breath, flexibility, and strength. The heat will allow you to safely reach new levels of personal flexibility. Creative sequencing will keep you inspired, but you will have more time to really explore the postures in your body. Teachers may utilize alignment, muscle activation, visualizations and pranayama in the postures to bring you into a state of meditation. Ideal for beginners and long-time practitioners alike to really focus on alignment and meditative quality of movement.  All levels.

Candlelight Flow 75

Candlelight yang to yin Vinyasa practice. Creative sequencing that will move you from dynamic movements to deeper more meditative poses. Late night time slot to suit your schedule. All levels.

Warm Flow 75

Dynamic All Levels Vinyasa flow that explores connection of movement with breath. This class is focused on endurance, flexibility, and strength. Creative sequencing to inspire physical, energetic, mental, and inner freedom or higher state of consciousness.

Yin 75

temp: room     time: 75 min

A slower paced style of yoga which includes passive poses (or relaxing the body and muscles) combined with holding poses longer while focusing on the breath and being present. Many of the poses are seated or lying on your back or stomach.  Longer poses help facilitate the slow and safe opening of connective tissues like tendons and ligaments.  Yin is a great counter balance to more active styles of yoga and students often leave with a feeling of lightness and peace.  All levels.

Warm Yin 75

A slower paced style of yoga which includes passive poses (or relaxing the body and muscles) combined with holding poses longer while focusing on the breath and being present. Many of the poses are seated or lying on your back or stomach. Longer poses help facilitate the slow and safe opening of connective tissues like tendons and ligaments, and the warm temperature allows greater flexibility and range of motion. Yin is a great counter balance to more active styles of yoga and students often leave with a feeling of lightness and peace. All levels.

Gentle 75

Gentle yoga does not mean “wimpy” yoga. This class moves at a slower pace, cultivating strength and flexibility, while interspersed with options for rest and integration.  We will use props and yogic breathing to support opening our bodies, moving towards a deep relaxation to relieve both physical and mental stress.  Classes will draw from traditional yoga postures, and the occasional restorative and yin posture, too!  Great for new students, pregnant women, people recovering from illness or injury, and anyone looking for a restorative break in the day.  All Levels.

Restorative 75

Explore the benefits of stillness, space and relaxation with Restorative yoga. This practice is designed to restore and revitalize your body and mind. It includes both gentle movement and traditional long-held, supported postures to help bring mind and body into greater harmony and balance. Great for people who are new to yoga, recovering from injuries or trauma, and those who need to de-stress from work or restore from a more vigorous yoga practice.  All levels.

Slow Flow and Meditation 60

This class is designed to allow you to steep in the fullness of practice by using mindful movement to settle into stillness. Class begins with a slow and steady flow before moving into seated practice (breathwork, mantra and meditation). Seated practice section will 20 minutes long and class concludes with savasana. All levels.
