Learn techniques for gaining strength and confidence in all variations of Crow pose (side crow, crane and flying crow), chin stand and 8 side angle. Also, learn drills to get safely upside-down on tripod, headstand, forearm stand and handstand. Class starts in a flow to get you warmed up and we’ll dive into techniques and specifics of arm balances and inversions. You’ll develop a newfound awareness of your hands, arms, shoulders and core. This workshop is foundational. You will learn the essentials to start your own practice and get comfortable getting Upside Down!
