Kinetic Yin is a way of practicing Yin Yoga that works with the subtle movements we can find to help the body settle into stillness with greater ease and peace of mind. Will practices Yin this way himself, and wishes to share with others the ways he has found to settle more deeply.
Yin Yoga does not have to be all still, no movement.
Fact is: there’s always an element of change, no matter how still we try to get – Yin Yoga helps to teach us this. Experience gentle movement in a Yin Yoga practice to help unlock myofascial tissue and improve the body-mind system with increased connectivity, hydration, and sensitivity.
