Priscila Baptista

Teaching Style

Teaching styles range from Vinyasa Flow to gentle, restorative and Yin yoga. Believing that yoga is a powerful way of healing that should be accessible to everyone, Pri strives to help beginner yogis feel comfortable in their practice. Her teachings provide clear alignment instruction, gentle hands-on adjustments, and an inviting yet challenging yoga practice.

How Yoga Serves Priscila

Yoga helps Pri feel more present, focused, compassionate, and grateful to herself and those around her. She approaches her yoga practice as a continuous journey of discovery and self-connection to her body, mind, and spirit, and helps others on their own journeys through her classes.

Words of Wisdom

Sonia Ricotti: “Surrender to what is, let go of what was and have faith in what will be…”

Born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Priscila is a lifelong dancer and athlete who began her yoga practice in 2013. After moving to Atlanta in early 2015, she embraced the local yoga community while adapting to her new home. Pri found herself practicing every day and established work-trade relationships with local studios before completing her 200-hour Integrative Flow training in 2017 under the guidance of Veronica Lewinger.

In the last 3 years she has attended workshops with Vladmir Tchakarov, Becky Nickerson and Ashley Benton. She has additionally studied a 20-hour module on Anatomy and Therapeutic Yoga with Marlysa Sullivan and a 20-hour module on Yin Yoga with Tracey Sondik.
