Teaching Style
I teach intentionally sequenced, alignment based vinyasa yoga that balances flow and alignment, breath and power. Each class includes meditative centering, dynamic and creative movement, and a deliberate savasana. Classes are inclusive and supportive and are open and accessible for everyone.

I am an Atlanta native and have been practicing yoga since 2010. I have over 500 hours of training and continue to learn through continued education and workshops. My personal practice continues to evolve and change as I grow with my practice.
