Come explore the “why” behind a strength-based yoga practice and how it can benefit you on and off the mat! This workshop will focus on why strength is important for every body type and how strength can help create and maintain sustainability and longevity in your asana practice.
We’ll briefly discuss the benefits strength has on the body and explore ideas related to range of motion, movement variability and adding load. Then we’ll put those ideas into action and enjoy a power flow infused with strength, stability and mobility so you can feel the effects of strength for yourself!
