Come explore the use of your hands and fingers in yoga practice!
Learn how to properly stretch and strengthen the upper torso, limbs, hands, and fingers in order to progress toward arm balances and inversions. Then we will move through a creative flow that utilizes the upper body in new ways.
This workshop is accessible to anyone of any experience level. We’ll progress through a variety of techniques, employing props and the wall as needed, adapting the yoga posse to anyone’s current phase of practice. Whether it’s building strength, improving flexibility, or practicing technique, there will be guidance on all aspects as we mingle in a casual and controversial forma.
