Vickie Hunter, wellness coach, and Victoria Antonelli, breathwork facilitator, invite you to cultivate a deeper sense of self compassion through discussion, breathwork, and journaling.
Some activities will be completed solo, while others in small groups, so you can take self-compassion from reflection to connection. Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Understand the concept of self-compassion and why it matters for mental, emotional, and physical health
- Explore the inner critic vs. inner nurturer through breath and reflection
- Learn and experience breath practices that calm the nervous system and create space for compassion
- Leave with a self-compassion ritual they can use anytime
