Background
Caroline is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a wealth of experience in teaching, studio management, and curriculum development. She discovered yoga as a teenager and pursued her passion for teaching alongside her academic journey at Boston University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Her professional credentials include a 200-hour and 300-hour RYT in Vinyasa Yoga from Down Under School of Yoga, as well as a 40-hour Ashtanga Yoga Certification with renowned teacher David Swenson. She has taught a wide range of classes, from yin to hot power flows, appreciating what each has to offer. Caroline’s teaching is further enriched by her global experiences in Bali and Costa Rica, where she deepened her practice and gained a broader perspective on the transformative power of yoga. She’s thrilled to be continuing her teaching journey in Atlanta after recently moving from San Francisco.
