Isaac facilitates a space where everyone can cultivate deeper connection within themselves through intentional movement, breath, and mindfulness. Classes will feel dynamic and holistic. His personal practice is the foundation for his classes.

How Yoga Serves Isaac

Isaac learned how to better navigate stressful periods in his life by practicing yoga, meditation, and breathwork. Learning how to self regulate through these practices and empowering others with these tools brings him joy and fulfillment.

Being exposed to eastern philosophies from a young age, Isaac has always been fascinated by holistic based practices and living. He completed his 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2014. Since then he has taught thousands of classes and workshops and serves the community from a place of deep joy.
