Rooted in the values of safety, consent, and empowerment, the class is designed for those feeling stressed, overwhelmed, recovering from trauma, or seeking a slower, more supportive yoga environment. Movement is invitational, accessible to all experience levels, and paired with restorative sound to encourage grounding, regulation, and a deeper sense of internal steadiness.
