Teaching Style
Diana’s classes are built with intention, inviting you to have fun and challenge yourself with creative transitions designed to build focus, stay present, and be surprised by your own potential. With personalized guidance you’ll be able to flow through sequences or modify the practice to your needs. In slower-paced classes, you will enjoy deep breathing, relaxation, and the use of props; she ensures every session is adapted for everyone.
How Yoga Serves Diana
My yoga practice has always provided paths that lead to self-knowledge, awareness, freedom, power, and love. I enjoy experimenting and learning from meditation, pranayamas, asanas, and the energetic aspects of the practice. Through this, I have been able to connect with the present moment, impermanence, detachment, and creativity.
Words of Wisdom
Your history is not your destiny. By observing the mind, listening to the body, feeling your breath, and connecting with your energy, you unlock the infinite possibility of transformation, and yoga is a wonderful practice to achieve this.
