Teaching Style
Jazmyn’s classes blend mindful movement, breath awareness, and self-inquiry. Whether teaching the structured discipline of 26&2 or the nourishing pace of Warm Flow & Yin, she encourages students to approach their practice with curiosity, patience, and self-compassion. Drawing from more than a decade of study across multiple yoga traditions, Jazmyn creates welcoming spaces where students can build strength, cultivate presence, and reconnect with themselves. Her classes are thoughtful and approachable, balancing alignment, mindfulness, and creativity.
How Yoga Serves Jazmyn
Yoga first entered my life during a period of transition and quickly became more than a physical practice. Over the years, it has been a source of grounding, clarity, resilience, and self-discovery. The practice continues to teach me how to listen to my body, my breath, and the wisdom that emerges when I slow down long enough to pay attention. Yoga reminds me that growth does not always happen through force; often it happens through presence, consistency, and compassion. It is both a refuge and a lifelong study, and I am grateful to share that journey with others.
Words of Wisdom
Yoga is about remembering who you are.
Meet yourself where you are today.
The breath knows the way.
