Teaching Style
Kelsey Reed offers a practice designed to balance the body, clear the mind, and activate awareness. She aims to incorporate yogic philosophy and spiritual practices into her asana classes, while still making them fun and accessible.
How Yoga Serves Kelsey Reed
Kelsey Reed has always felt best when in tune with her body and mind. As a child, she found herself most in tune by participating in dance. Later, after a few failed high school attempts, she found her love for the practice of yoga in college when it helped her through her parents’ divorce, personal heartbreak, and family struggles with addiction.
Words of Wisdom
Utilize this practice to learn more self love and compassion. It’s not about the poses. It’s about seeing and understanding the deeper layers of your being and allowing those subtleties to help guide you into a stronger and healthier version of yourself.
